Each show features acclaimed Headliners and accomplished Featured performers from the individuals listed below, along with other exceptional local comedians.

 

 

Jon Gagnon

"One of the best in the country." The Comedy Ring

Jon is an internationally touring comedian who has performed at the New York, Paris and Burbank Comedy Festivals. 


Jon has a fun energy and is known for his society takes, as well as crowd work and improvisational style comedy. 

Jon is the writer/creator of the animation series "Stickman", the host of Canadian Late Night talk show "This Month Tonight" has appeared on the CBC program “Canada's Smartest Person Season 2." Jon was a writer and producer for Yuk Yuk's "The Brett Martin Show" from 2015-2019, and runs the popular  "Underground Comedy Club" in Vancouver BC.​

Robert Peng

Robert Peng is a Chinese-born, Vancouver-based comic. After not being able to find an engineering job, Robert channeled that nerd energy into stand-up comedy, delivering gut-punching humor on dating and job finding. Robert has found success hosting at the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival, as well as being a semifinalist at the Seattle International Comedy Competition. He just filmed his first YouTube special called Single Not Ready to Mingle.

Harmeet Singh (Paaji the Comedian)

Harmeet began his comedy journey at Canvas Laugh Club in Gurgaon, Delhi in 2018 and soon opened for major Indian comics. He migrated to Canada in 2021, quickly rising in Vancouver’s comedy scene and becoming a radio jockey for Red FM Vancouver, with shows broadcast across Canada. Notably, he’s Vancouver’s first trilingual stand-up comic, performing fluently in English, Hindi, and Punjabi at venues like Just for Laughs (JFL) and Yuk Yuk’s .

Comedy Style

Sharp, culturally rich observational humor driven by everyday life — from “tinder tantrums” and marriage dynamics to superstitions and immigrant adventures. 

He also combines personal storytelling with relatable desi quirks, seamlessly weaving between languages to connect with a broad audience.

Jon Endo

Jon Endo is a Comedian of mixed Asian heritage from Vancouver, Canada. Through his multicultural upbringing, Jon brings unique ideas, hard truths, and crazy interpretations of everyday life, events, and personal stories.  Jon has opened for touring American Headliners such as Helen Hong and TJ.  He has also made appearances on Just For Laughs Vancouver, Comedy Here Often Shorts and South Rock Comedy Festival.

Alex Svarez

Alex Svarez started comedy 3 years ago in a mexican restaurant which was definitely not burned to the ground for the insurance money.

 Since then he’s been hosting one of the biggest roast battles in Canada, touring all over the country, and won multiple comedy competitions, including the Whistler Comedy Competition. He will also be opening for Bert Kreischer at the Great Outdoors Comedy Festival in 2025. 

His comedy consists of irreverent observations and impressions, quick witted crowd work, scorching hot roasts of himself and audience, and filterless confessions of his time on this crazy little rock spinning through space.

 

Jessica Pigeau

Jessica Pigeau hails from rural Alberta – a.k.a. Cold Texas. She is best known for her unique stage presence and rapidfire delivery. She has been described as “like if George Carlin was a Muppet.” She is returning to the west coast after touring her award winning show “Ugly Privilege” across Canada. 

Ty Boissonnault

Ty Boissonnault is a comedian from Vancouver Canada. His high energy style with both quick jokes and story telling makes him one of Canada’s must see acts. He’s been featured on the Just For Laughs North West Festival, Southrock Comedy Festival, is a regular at Yuk Yuks and has opened for Jesus Trejo and Josh Adam Meyers. He's currently on his Canada Trips Tour across the country.

Nicole Anne

Nicole Anne is a comedian from Vancouver, BC, who blends sharp observations with quick crowd work. Her comedy explores the funny quirks of family and relationships, and the absurdities of current events, with a dash of edginess. 

Nicole has taken her talents across Canada and overseas, performing in Tokyo and Osaka, and was featured at the South Rock Comedy Festival. Her home club is Underground Comedy Club, winner of the 2024 Golden Owl Award for Best Comedy Experience.
